I was genuinely excited to get my order from shopangelixbeauty.com, but I’m telling you right now, the packaging was absolutely not giving what it needed to give. The box showed up kind of squished, and the products inside were basically just sitting there loose like nobody really thought it through.
Thankfully, nothing was completely destroyed, so I’ll give them that. But for what I paid, the whole presentation felt way cheaper than it should have, especially for beauty products. I’m 100% sure nicer packaging would’ve made a huge difference

The products themselves are nice, but the prices felt a little high to me. I also didn’t love the way I was spoken to at times, it kind of felt like I was being talked down to, which made the whole experience less enjoyable.

I was already feeling a little impatient that day, so the wait probably stood out more to me. They did get back to me and answered my question in the end, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. Customer service was okay overall, I just wish it had been a bit quicker.

I’d say this is a good product overall. The quality feels solid and it did what I needed it to do, so I’m happy with that. It’s not perfect, though, there are a couple little things that could be better, but nothing that ruined the experience for me. For the most part, it worked well.

I was surprised by how quickly my order showed up. I’ve had slower deliveries from similar companies before, so this was a nice change. Everything arrived without any issues, and the whole process was really smooth.
